The Center for Working Families, Inc. has proven
success in helping individuals and families secure good paying jobs
and begin to move forward on a pathway to economic self-sufficiency.
But, it cannot achieve those results alone. The Annie E. Casey Foundation
has provided generous start-up funds and now TCWFI is actively seeking
new investors to enable it to continue improving the conditions
for families living in the NPU-V neighborhoods.
We invite government agencies that provide employment,
educational and support services to low-income families to join
with us by investing in TCWFI.
We invite foundations and philanthropists that are
seeking to use their funds to strengthen community, to prevent and
respond to homelessness, to support workforce development, to help
low-income families build assets and/or to strengthen the connection
between fathers and their children and families to join with us
by investing in TCWFI.
We invite corporations with a connection to NPU-V
and corporations that are seeking motivated and trained employees
to join with us by investing in TCWFI.
The whole community benefits from strengthened
neighborhoods and families in which all members have the skills
and supports they need to succeed in the workforce and to build
assets over time. We invite the whole community of metro Atlanta
to join with us by investing funds, pro bono services and in-kind
donations in TCWFI.
