The Center for Working Families, Inc. offers a diverse pool of candidates who range in skill sets and talent from an entry level laborer to seasoned management professionals. The Center’s participants receive a wide range of workforce training that has proven to improve their performance in any work environment. More than 530 individuals have received some component of Career Development Training, including Job Readiness, Orientation to Work and Customized Training in the construction field.

Our participants are highly motivated and committed to meeting their employer’s needs. Of the 270 individuals who have secured employment through the Center in its first 18 months of operation, 240 have retained employment for more than three months while 142 have retained employment for more than nine months.
